Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ship Worldwide for selected countries, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time

After your payment to be processed and verified by our system. And then order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 1-7 days after the order is placed, which takes an additional 5-10 days. Certain products might arrive separately due to them being sent from different warehouses. They may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages and at different times. Many of our products are shipped from overseas. There is a shipping fee and handling fee for Free items. 

Shipping time

US orders ship FREE by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. U.S. usually take between12 to 20 business days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer depending of the date of purchase.

International Orders may take between 15 to 30 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 40 days depending on where you are in the World. Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, Worldwide orders can take in excess of 40 days to arrive.

1. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do provide free worldwide shipping with tracking information in real-time.

2. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses based in Shanghai, and United States. If you order more than 1 item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages and at different times.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for orders takes about 1-7 business days before shipment. After that, delivery to you take 1 week - 1 month depending on what you purchased and where you live! However, it is usually much shorter than this. If unsure do feel free to drop us an email under 'Contact Us'.

4. My order has not arrived yet, even after 1 months.

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items from. If it does not arrive within 1 months upon ordering, we can offer a refund for you. 

5. I have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items?

As ship from different parts of warehouses using different carriers, some items may arrive earlier than others. Parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs' security checks based on governing laws of different states. But do not worry, 99% of the time we will provide you with the tracking information for you to track the status of your package in real-time!

6. Will my item arrive to me before ...?

If you plan to purchase the items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month which the holiday is happening as there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

7. Is 'FREE GIVEAWAY' item has shipping fee?

Yes, all items on this collection have sipping fee for $5.99 per each. And a shipping time may take as same as normal other items on our store.
