Refunds/Exchange Policy

1. If I changed my mind after placed order, can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We do not issue refunds once the order is prepared and shipped. However, if you contact us immediately after making the order, we can cancel your order and proceed the refund for you. 

2. Can I return an item for a full refund?

Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If such a case happens, please inform us within 15 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would be happy to reship a new one again, provide a refund, or ship another item to you! So, please double check the sizes of your items prior to your purchase.

3. When I can get refund after I returned item?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, within 7 business days.

4. Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?

We do not do exchanges. All of our products have varying measurements, so it is important that you check the sizing guide provided for each item and compare it with a garment you already own for better accuracy. As most of our pieces are from Asia, cuttings tend to be smaller compared to US/ UK sizes, so please double check.

5. If my order is lost in transit, what can I do?

All orders are protected by SIMPLIFYBOX Order Protection. If your package do not arrive or get lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue you a promotion code to use in store.

 

6. Does Free Giveaway Just Pay Shipping item can return for refund?

Unfortunately, the Free Giveaway Just Shipping Items are not eligible for refunds because they are free.
